Pour un retour contre remboursement, vous pouvez nous envoyer un e-mail à l'adresse contact@lesactives-paris.com et nous préciser quelle(s) pièce(s) vous souhaitez renvoyer. Nous vous enverrons un bon de retour prépayé si vous êtes en France Métropolitaine (les retours hors France Métropolitaine sont à votre charge).

Pour un échange, vous pouvez également nous envoyer un e-mail à l'adresse contact@lesactives-paris.com et nous préciser quelle(s) pièce(s) vous souhaitez échanger, puis nous renvoyer votre colis à l'adresse : 3 Square Chézy, Neuilly-sur-Seine (92200), nous vous renverrons à nos frais les nouvelles pièces une fois le colis reçu.

Each piece is imagined in Paris, the fabrics are made in France in the Rhône Alpes region, to be then made in our workshop in France or Portugal. The pieces are transported by truck to reduce our environmental impact.

For France, you have several choices for the delivery method: express (1 to 2 business days), home (2 to 5 business days).

For Europe, the delays are 3 to 7 business days.

However, the post office can sometimes have hazards and the delays can be longer.

If you are in Paris, you can also pick up your click and collect order in the 7th district of Paris.

Returns are free of charge in France. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your returns from another country. Please send us an email at hello@lesactives-paris.com  to receive a prepaid return slip. You have 14 days to return your products from the day you receive them.

If you want to make an exchange, please send us a mail to let us know. We will let you send the parts back to us on your end and once we receive the package, we will send the parts to be exchanged back to you on our end.

While returns are free, it's a little different for exchanges. Being still a young brand we unfortunately cannot financially ensure the return as well as the shipping of the new parts.
